Instructions
Cook sausage on a frying pan
Cook quinoa in a pot - 1 cup quinoa to 1.5 cups of water (bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes)
Prepare your salad bowl by layering spinach, quinoa, sausage and all the other toppings.

Can garnish with green onions
