Matcha White Chocolate Coconut Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ¾ cup unsalted butter melted
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 ½ cups roughly chopped white chocolate or white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cut chopped walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Sift flour, matcha powder, baking soda and salt together.
  • Beat butter, brown sugar and white sugar together. Continue to beat and add in vanilla extract, egg and egg yolk until fully combined.
  • Add dry ingredients to your wet ingredients.
  • Gently mix in white chocolate chips, coconut and walnuts.
  • Place cookie sized scoops onto your baking pan.
  • Bake for 8 - 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
