This is my go to salmon dressing when I want a moist salmon with a creamy flavour.

Ingredients

sour cream

mayonnaise

minced onions

of Salt and pepper to taste

Salmon
Instructions
Salt and pepper the salmon.
Combine the remaining ingredients together and spread on top of salmon.
Bake at 400 F for 30 minutes, until the salmon is flakey and at an internal temperature between 125°F - 135°F.
Notes
When the Salmon flakes off and has an internal temperature between 125°F - 135°F, then it is ready.
