Takoyaki Flour Mixture:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup of water
- 1 tspn dashi powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- ½ cup Cabbage chopped
Filling:
- Shrimp
- Octopus
- Squid
- Crab Meat
- Sausage
I like to top it off with japanese mayo, bull dog vegetable katsu sauce, and fish flakes/ bonito flakes.
