Matcha Latte
Our story
Matcha Lattes have always been my go-to drink whenever I go to Starbucks. I wanted to re-create my favourite drink at home.
I like my lattes to have a perfect balance of matcha flavour and sweetness. I don’t want the sweetness to overpower the drink. You can adjust the amount of sugar you to to your liking.
I use culinary grade matcha powder. You can purchase this from your local asian grocery store.
Matcha Latte
Matcha tastes so amazing in a refreshing latte for those hot summer days. Matcha has a slightly bitter taste to it, but with some added sugar, it really combats the bitterness and brings out that sweet matcha flavour.
