Easy Apple Crisp

Easy Apple Crisp

Our story

Growing up my mom would make apple crisp for dessert. It is perfect to serve it with a cold scoop of vanilla ice cream. It is super simple to make, and here is my moms recipe!

This recipe is so easy to make, and you can even microwave it! Honestly, I use my microwave way too much! I microwave everything, from leftover food, to cooking eggs, and now “baking” an apple crisp. It turns out just as well as baking it in the oven, and its done in half the time. You have to try it!

I like this apple crisp recipe as it doesn’t require a pie crust (that takes way too long to make from scratch!). My apple pie cravings are satisfied with this apple crisp, and the top layer is super crunchy and delicious!
