Matcha Milk Pudding

Matcha Milk Pudding

Our story

One day I was CRAVING some type of pudding, so I decide to try out a simple matcha pudding. I am the biggest fan of any type of pudding. There is something about the texture that I love.

This matcha milk pudding is healthy and it has a great matcha flavour, with 2 layers. The first layer is a more bitter matcha flavour, and the second layer is more milk based. I found that it was difficult to flip upsidedown to get it out of the custard cup, so I would recommend it being made in a clear glass custard bowl so you can see the layers.
