Pan-fried Asparagus
Our story
Whenever I see asparagus on sale at the grocery store, I always have to buy some. It is so delicious, especially when it is pan fried in garlic and butter. Asparagus is the perfect side dish. I especially like making it with steak and mashed potatoes, or salmon and rice. You can find these recipes on the blog if you want to make an entire meal.
In order to keep your asparagus fresh in the fridge, put the ends in water. This will help the asparagus so it does not dry out. There are different ways you can prepare your asparagus. You can pan fry it or bake it. Sometimes I like to wrap it in bacon and then bake it in the oven.
